Default Snake & Mongoose

Took the family and the Nova to the Australian premiere of the Snake & Mongoose movie this week. It was held at a drive in theatre which was pretty cool. Apologies for the crappy phone pics

Now THAT would be a cool way to see the movie. Wish it would come to our little town as we do have one of the few remaining and running drive in theaters. We could take the COPO Nova, or the LS6 Chevelle, or the 70 Z28 or........ Hey, maybe even make a foursome out of it and go with Don and Judi in the Goat.

The movie was great. A pretty accurate depiction of what actually happened I would say. There was a lot of involvement of Prudhomme and McEwen in the making of the movie which obviously helped. Lot's of old footage from Lions, Bakersfield etc as well as some footage taken from the film American Nitro. Great night out.
