Chevy power. Number 1 in wins in all of Motorsports. The Chevrolet brothers started this domination.

I would have loved to see Andretti do a parade lap in the real 1969 #2 Brawner-Hawk race car.

Pretty wild position swapping at the end!

Rossi is a great driver but the Honda's could be passed at will by the pole setter.

Reminded me of the old chevy indy V8 days of dominance at that track.

Chevy's horsepower was the difference. Chevy needs to step up fast in Nascar now. Engines are not competitive with Honda and Ford for the last 3 years. The Camaro looks good style wise, but doesn't have a good engine to compete.

I know I'm biased, being a Chevrolet guy since when I was born into a Chevrolet-centric family, but in all honesty, as far as overall wins in US motorsports, in my opinion no other manufacturer comes close. I get that Mopar Hemi designs may own drag racing at the professional levels and I love Mopar muscle cars, but in general from the grass roots up, I think Chevy gets the #1 plate. Also, I don't think there is a more modified muscle/pony car out there than the Camaro (and probably the first gen above all), and again I know I am biased but I am trying to speak objectively here.

Oh, and I'm not saying Chevrolet and the Camaro are the best, just that they have owned domestic motorsports in general for many years.

What do you think?
