Default 1969 L89 Camaro

Has anybody on here ever seen/owned this car? Is it really necessary to restore it?

Looks like it had been hit in the LH rear quarter.

L89...... you didn’t think to call me???

My friend Johnny Cariveau took me to visit Jim Stubbings and this L89 was a new arrival.

I would not have restored it, but I love patina!!!

Jim goes for NOS crazy on his restorations!!

On initial glance, I would have said no, even with the quarter, That could be fixed. with painting 40% of the one quarter max.
However after studying the photo set, the issues are: if the whole car hasn't already been painted most of the front end has plus it was not a ZL2 originally, at that point once you take it apart to go that far, you kinda have to restore it.
