Bill, we're having too much fun smoking the tires on the El Camino for them to send it to you. That L78 is a screamer

Anyone see the July Hot Rod article featuring the Rob Lozins' Pontiac collection. There's a good picture of this car in his collection and a brief description to go along with it. A few of us got to see this collection in October, what a treat.

Here are the pics from GM:

note this is called a 71, yet it has the low seats ... something they did with the Camaro PR shots too ..

A Dodge dealer (Town & Country Dodge) in Farmington Michigan had one in late 70 or 1971, whether THAT one was the one in the GM press release photo is subject to debate, it may have been, at least it was in the same general area.

I have an opportunity to purchase a car I've wanted for some time now, but I'd really like to sell a car before I commit to the purchase. I bought this car from a member that purchased it from the Rob Lozin collection. I paid $40,000 for the car and I'll sell it for what I paid. I think this is a great car for the money.

Tim;

This really is a great car. VERY rare red, white & blue colors. It looks fantastic after the Tim G special touches! Someone will be getting a great car for the $$. Wish I had the bucks to buy it! Good luck with the sale.

Charley, not Marvins. I wish it was his car, it is a Corvette, though.
The Trans Am has not sold, still available.
