Im perplexed. If the RA IV's had to have a 3.90 gear as standard, why was it an option? And does the PHS spell out the RA IV? It just says ram air. Could this have been a RA III with the 3.90 option?

I don't think that PHS is for this car. Perhaps shown as an example of the rally stripe option.

It says "Cordova top" (not convertible top) and appears to describe it as a GTO HT CPE, not a convertible.

Build sheet: Arlington VIN. Subject ebay car shows a Baltimore VIN.

My interpretation would be single (ie, "solid") color special paint.

Sorry, yes that was just an example of the Rally Stripe option.

Yes the PHS does spell out raiv code 347
