It's not a rendering. It's a real Corvette.

So what color was the General Lee? If you're thinking Hemi Orange - nope. It didn't have enough Orange in the mix so when filmed it looked more Brown than Orange. How about 1975 Corvette Flame Red? Nope. The truth of the matter is - the color wasn't a factory color at all. It was something called TNT Express which was used by a shipping company on their delivery vehicles.

Not only is it a rare color combo, it's also an A66 340 Challenger.

For $258.90 over the base V8 Challenger price ($2953) you got the 340 Magnum engine with Performance Hood, Hood Pins, 15" Rallye Wheels with E60x15 RWL tires and your choice of stripes: Bumble Bee, Longitude or no stripes.

There was no 340 Challenger R/T like there was a 340 Cuda for 1970.

#36277 Fremont Assy line photo , Looks like a Cutlass followed by a Skylark body drop and followed by a Pontiac engined Tempest frame next in line !!

I thought that as well, but attributed it to my monitor or the sunlight during the photo shoot.
