Looks like a scam to me. Does not mention a City. Ad is up in Central Mi, and in Dallas, and who knows where else, but not Boston?

If it is not a scam, looks like a decent deal if not a rust bucket.

That's in Carver MA. Just over the Bourne bridge from me. There is a lot of industrial parks in that town
