I am sure that it is rolling on a flat head FORD chassis of the mid 30's vintage the Kelsey Hayes Wires are 35 and back style wheels the FIREWALL appears like a Truck firewall.- the rear spring still has part of the original TIN wrap which kept dust/dirt from getting in between the leaves and grinding them away..
