'68 Buick #s GS350, Original 4-speed bench car
Pretty rare combination here - and most of the original 4-speed Buicks I see are bucket seat cars. 1 of 844 4-speed GS350 cars built...and I suspect it will go for relatively low $$ - guessing low teens. Very cool car sold new in Birmingham, AL.
I feel like I need to mention this sentence from the auction description: "Bought this car on a whim, wife said no so have to sell." Man...while my wife doesn't understand why I own so many cars, she's never 'said no' to any junk I bring home - and what does 'no' really mean anyway? Just a reason to go buy a commercial building and stash all your crap there instead. Link to 1968 Buick GS350 auction |

Nice car.
That line reminds me of the following exchange. A fellow had just purchased a new truck for his wife. He took the truck to the store, and saw an old friend, who remarked: "nice truck." The guy says: "yea, I got it for my wife." His friend says: "nice trade." This hobby wouldn't be nearly as fun without my supportive angel of a wife.

Stated in ad that there is no reserve, yet auction details say reserve not met!
Not too far from KWhizz who could drop an LS motor in this thing in a weekend.

Not nitpicking; just asking.
Are those Chevy ralley wheels, 67 chevy center caps with buick emblems? What wheels would be correct for this car?

Those were an available optional wheel for Buicks in '67 and '68 and they used their own Buick cap which looked similar to the '67 Chevrolet disc brake cap but was not identical. This GS350 does appear to have one Chevy cap on it.

Car looks to have been pretty weathered before paint and interior.
Nice color combo for a 4sp /GS. |

This one has been relisted in the link below - was bid to $13,700 the last time around and was evidently sold. Buyer backed out, or...who knows.
