Default 1974 Z28 4-speed - 27k Miles, Silver over Red Interior

Here's a pretty one - very original '74 Z28, 4-speed, silver over red interior.

Could use some better pictures for his $39k asking price but it looks like an honest car. Claimed 2 owners, seller bought car from original owner less than 2 years ago in fall 2021.

Someone either added the one-year only option D88 decals or the Z28 emblems, as originally if you ordered a '74 with the decals the fender emblems were removed. However there are multiple stories out there of the D88 decals being added by the dealer which is entirely possible.

Wrong Air Cleaner. They used a dual snorkel cleaner. Had one and sold it. I believe they used a factory cast iron intake on this engine also. Looks like a aluminum one was installed?

No option, not unmolested as pointed out from stripes, intake, carb, air cleaner& missing smog.

I think i remember this car. Believe it was purchased from Jack Sommer Chevrolet in Wadsworth,OH? Worked there. Remember seeing it around. I think guy lived in nearby town. Doylestown? Love the colors.

It's bee messed with a little more than he states. He also never says original paint. Still it looks like a good car with great colors. He said "This car is possibly the only one like it left in existence and likely one of the finest examples of a low mile 1974 Z28 one could ever find some 49 years later in 2023" I hate to tell him its probably not in the top ten, lol

That is one tempting car. Those ugly bumpers are a deal breaker though.

That was my thinking as well.
It's a great color combo with the right drivetrain and claims to have all the original docs.

But with the lack of quality pictures or someone checking it out in person it's difficult to tell. What's it look like underneath? Has it been repainted? (I suspect so too)
