Import broker into US from Canada

Can someone recommend a parts broker, with contact info, to bring parts into the US at the Port Huron/Sarnia border for me?

Have never done this before, so not sure of the process.

There should be a "Mailbox" company on the USA side. There are 3-4 on the Canadian side that bring parcels in from Buffalo to Toronto.
Google it, pretty cheap to do. They give you their address and your own "PERSONAL" mailbox #, then they contact you and tell you the cost.

Thanks for the info.

I’m restoring a Messerschmitt micro car and I’m trying to get a plexiglass bubble top across the border. The guy in CA will bring it to Sarnia and I can pick it up in Port Huron, I just need to figure out how to get it across the border with the least amount of hassle.

I thought someone might have a broker they’ve used on either side and could recommend.

Why not just drive across to Canada and bring it back yourself? You don’t need a broker, you just declare it as a purchase and pay whatever taxes are applicable.

If you are shipping it across, the shipper will handle brokerage usually.

Drive across, throw it in the car, go shopping, lunch whatever....

Drive back across 3-4 hours later, they may not even ask you about it. Buy something that you want and take your chances...
All they will do is make you pay the duty, if they ask you about it .... Used parts for an antique car. It's not a big deal.
You can do it all yourself, you don't need a broker.

After I did some more looking online, I see I can just go across the border and get it myself.

Fortunately I was able to find one of the plexiglass roof bubbles for my car on this side of the Atlantic. My option is to have one air freighted from Germany and I don’t even want to know what the crate, freight and insurance cost would be for that.
