Default 70 T/A Challenger -Owner Not To Be Denied

In 1977, 18 year old Scott Swaydrak was attempting to buy a 70 T/A Challenger and the owner wouldn't let him take it for a test ride. That didn't deter him because he has owned it for the past 43 years. These cars have many unique features: side exhaust, tri-power, block, K-member, F & R tires sizes) spoiler, trans gearing... but that hood is at the top of my list!!!

great cars. i had one that i bought from the original owner here in tulsa that worked at the dealership. he was the sales manager (or parts manager i get it and a 6 pak roadrunner mixed up which one was which). he ordered the car with what he said was literally every single option available and the had the paperwork where the dealership added air conditioning to it with 7 miles on it.
after i sold it ive never seen it or heard of it again. just disappeared.

I ordered one new from GT Chrysler Plymouth and Dodge in Red Hook NY. I had the car for 5 years, never drove it in the winter and sold it with 25K miles. I would like to know what happened to it. Bob

You might want to start your inquiry here. Hope you still have the VIN

Running open tube headers and some ignition tweaks they were good for about 375 HP. Low rev motor BTW. More HP at 4000 RPM then 5000: 19 HP more.
