F70-14 bias ply needed for spare tire use
Anyone have a decent F70x14 bias ply lying round?
It will serve as the spare in my trunk with the blackwall side up. Looking for something vintage. (If it holds air, that would be a nice bonus too!). Ideally I am looking for a Polyglas F70-14 but I'm not that choosey if it looks decent with actual tread. I'm never going to use it for road use, just to make the trunk look pretty on my 70 Cuda. Thanks! |

I have a set of 4 repop f70-14 Wide Tread and 4 Polyglas but I’d prefer not to split them up.

I sent you a PM. And Lansdale is only around 40 miles from me!

F70-14 Redline original bias
I have a pair. Very nice. Held air fine before dismount. What are you looking to spend?

Thanks to Dave (67NovaBoy), I now have a single vintage redline F70x14 that has a very nice blackwall side and should do just fine. I picked it up this afternoon just across the border. Thanks again Dave!!!
I also found a surface-rusty14x5-1/2" steel wheel on ebay that is correct for the car. Once the rusty rim arrives and is soaked in evaporust for a few days we should be well on our way to completing the trunk. |

Agree, ^ Dave is good guy!
While poking around the swap yesterday, I thought I found one for you... then I looked a little closer... hilarious. Glad you found something. Anthony |
