Default Timing chain cover bolts

I removed the timing chain cover from a '69 302. As far as I know it had never been off before. The bolts are a mix of different head markings. Is this common or has someone swapped bolts?

Common,as there was more than one supplier of hdwe.and they often got commingled during assembly.
