I like it. It seems like what the current designs are going but has more flair to it..

Gents, on topic - what is your opinion on the 2017 Denali 2500 HD? Duramax diesel...

I have a 17 chevy with the duramax. LTZ crew cab. The new engine is different but i dont notice any change in power. I am finding the hood scoop is high to see over. I have had 3 check engine lights, one on the way home from the dealer! I got a notice there's a recall on some emission module that may be my problem. I have been getting a new diesel every year since 2008 and this is the only one i had any trouble with. My brother in law got a super duty at the same time and i am getting a little better mileage and my truck does ride better.

I'm not totally in love with my '17 HD's styling but on the road dragging my trailer it all becomes OK.

The '19 pictured isn't my favorite either but GM will sell a bunch of them.
My tradition of a black GMC extends back to a '72 SWB, but when the above incident forced me to choose (the dealer is both Chevy and GMC), I went with a Chevy (High Country HD CC Duramax) for the first time. I don't care for GMC's daisy chain LED lights and the black wheel opening moldings seem like a place to collect wax and dirt.

Amazingly quiet at speed, ride is very good, more power than really needed , good milage too. No problems yet, other than the emissions recall.

Ouch.....

GM's franchise pickup truck is the most disappointing "all-new" vehicle I've driven this year. Aside from the utter face-plant of its styling, this Silverado reeks of cost-cutting and profit-padding.
I bought a Raptor Loving it. Glad I didn't wait.

The dealer said no regular cab model till the first 1/4 of 2019 there is no demand for them. They have turned the pickup trucks into big SUV's with a sand box in the back for the kids.
