Did this car come from Long Island? I have only seen two other burnished brown Z/28's. The other was an R/S. Beautiful car. GLWS

I remember that car and have copies of dealer invoice and possibly the pop. I haven't seen the car 15 years. The owner at the time owned a colletible toys business.

That's the one I was thinking of Steve! The last time I saw it was at the Bellmore Train station!

Do they still congregate on Friday nights at the Bellmore Train Station? I used to live in Lynbrook and drove my 1963 Corvette to that gathering frequently. Well over 500 cars there on any given Friday night - or at least there used to be. Left L.I. in November 2009 - went to Ft. Lauderdale. Sold the Corvette before I left - Black with Red interior, 327 built as an L79, Knock Offs, 65- 66 BB hood and Gran Sport "cooling gills" in the front fenders.

Also used to go to Nathans in Oceanside during the week (Wednesday night?)

There was a Burnished Brown with white interior '69 Z in Santa Barbara back in the late '70s and early '80s. Great color combo. Good luck with the sale.

That car sold new at Blair Chevrolet in Island Park, and delivered on Jan 16th.
