Red on Red #s '68 Z/28
Beautiful color combo. I see some obvious incorrect stuff under the hood, and it desperately needs a set of GM door panels, but all in all, neat car.
Priced aggressively at $72k...I think it would be an easy sell in the $50-555k range, but this market is nuts, and I might be on the low side. Link to 1968 Z/28 auction 124378N475669 |

Funny how many times he says EVERYTHING is correct and mint. Like the master cylinder? And it's a complete factory restored car. That means Norwood restored it?
Just MY opinion.. If it needed all NEW floor Pans and NEW quarters during restoration, it was once a rotten mess. It will never be the same. WAY too many repro parts. I wouldn't buy it for 50K. No pictures of stamps, hidden VINs, POP, etc. etc. The list goes on and on. TOO much Red? I would stay away. Especially if it was once an auction car. ... Ha! Yes, I meant $55k range.
I have no issue with the metal replacement if there's a thorough inspection. |
