Default Unrestored '70 Nova SS, #s 350/4-sp, Docs

Neat car...repainted in the 80s but overall has the look of an unrestored car. Great colors and (lack of) options, and some nice paperwork too.

Getting tougher to find cars like this, but I suspect there will be some incredibly cool stuff coming out of the woodwork in the next 10 years.

Looks like a mis-stamp at the Flint assembly plant.

Agreed... factory screw up for sure. Double stamp.

I have been to a handful of Al Grenning seminars about this... fascinating how common it was for the engine assembly teams to make mistakes on pads.

I know the Tonawanda assembly plant also made 300Hp 350 engines in 1970 as I had a 70 Camaro SS with one, block casting #3970014, I guess due to demand. Anyone know the percentage made at both plants?
