Default Another very rare 55 Nomad

I posted about the red Nomad on BAT a few weeks back:

https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthread.php?t=177657

Currently there is another incredibly rare 55 Nomad on Ebay;

https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthread.php?t=177657

I have never seen a 55 Nomad with leather interior.

Can't say I am too excited about the color (Navaho Tan / India Ivory), but the leather is a game changer.

I posted on the tri-five forum trying to get additional info.

I'm highly doubtful it came from the factory like that. Just because he read it in some book doesn't carry much weight, as we've all seen books with erroneous information.

I have asked the seller for a pic of the trim tag. That should verify.

Apparently there were six combinations of Leather available in 1955.

https://www.trifive.com/d1/forums/55-56-57/55colors.htm

Look at codes 541 - 546

And if it is truly Leather from the factory per the trim tag, you can bet it's an ugly Brown to match the factory paint colors, but "I'm just Sayin". but any which way ALL Nomads are COOL in my book! Bill

Default TrimTag

Yes, it is brown and beige. Bet the interior looks better than the exterior Navaho Tan

Dave: Why did you delete your pics? I love looking at TriFives; all of them!!!!

BBBill. Have to agree about the color. That has to be the least desirable color on a 55.

Has anyone here even seen a Leather interior 55 of any model, let alone a Nomad?
