Default Jim Hall Shirt

A friend of a friend worked for Jim Hall in the 60's and offered to have Jim sign a shirt that featured his cars at a Road America event in 2001. The line to have Jim sign the shirt was at least one hour long 22 years ago so the offer was made to send the shirt to Jim for his signature. It just arrived back in my hands today......

Thanks to Jim Hall for doing this.

Am I reading this right?

You've been waiting since 2001 for this shirt to be delivered?

So, instead of waiting an hour in a line, you ended up waiting 22 years for the shirt to be delivered?

I ain't the brightest bulb in the garden but I is having trouble with the math on this one

Tony, it may appear that way from the way I worded the post. My friends father-in-law recently offered to send the shirt to Jim, so the total wait time was three weeks. I recently wore the shirt to a car show and my friends father-in-law said he'd ask Jim if he'd sign it after he heard my "long line" story. He mailed it to Jim and he mailed it back to me quickly.

We're also trying to get Jim to meet us at his museum in October to personally show us around. My friends father-in-law is working on that.
