Looks good Tim, the light coverage looks very nice.
I think the heater hose fitting in the Waterpump was installed after engine paint.

If I feel I need to add paint typically I will use an airbrush with engine paint so I can lightly hit the areas and don't get the coverage too thick.

I know my 67 L79 got dinged at NCRS for not having the overspray.

Thanks for the kind words everyone!

The trans is here, the shifter is adjusted (installed the 65 shifter arms for a shorter throw), and now everything is installed or at least mocked up. I suspect an install is in the cards today or tomorrow.

This project is coming to an end (at least for now). I replaced all of the suspension bushings along with all new ball joints, tie rods, idler, etc. The timing is set, engine is tuned, brakes are bled, and all appears to be working as it should. Put the hood on, get it aligned, get the parts store alternator out of it, and start cranking on some miles. Should be a fun summer!

And a little walk around video.........I like the cam

That looks great, Tim. What a blast in Northern Wisconsin this summer.

Motor sounds snappy! I bet it'll be a blast. Love the black plate! Congrats on getting one back on the road Tim.
