The photo of the Qjet on the engine is good. Right plating on the butterfly valves and the right finish on the carb studs and screws. Something like the Buick carb shown but need the right Chevy photos

Here are some photos of a 10k mile carb & intake removed from a 73 L82 Corvette at 13-14 months. (divorced choke clip in photo did not come into use until late 71)

I didn't work with the Quadrajets when I worked at Rochester Products, but I clearly remember all the different coatings they did inhouse for all the different parts. Lots of coating baths....

Here you go. This carb was used at a local tech college.

This is probably as close to an original finish as you are going to find.

Thanks - That has the correct vacuum pull-off. Fuel line nut looks like the old period style also
