My brother had a 69 plain Jane 307 camaro, green..with what looked like that color green interior.

Here's the lighter Green , Citrus Green. Now was there a lighter interior too ?

Possibly 1969 Chevelle / Camaro Medium Green? I think they also had a lighter green in some GM cars in the late 1970s.

Thought that deluxe was 3 panels and standard was 4 in late 60s GM.
