Cam is a Comp Cams 663int .622ex 108 C/L duration 262int 272ex @.050
Yes hooker comp. dyno headers. stock bore. Heads are stock but comp V/J
Stock 850cfm ran out carb @ about 6500rpm there is more there but this is one of 69
original engines. We broke it in and a few easy pulls only.

How much total timing did you run?

How much did your lash grow from cold to hot?

Only 36 degrees timing, lash cold .16 hot .024
@33 degrees made about 27 less HP
This engine will only idle in & out of the trailer

Yes, that's what I was thinking too, but again, a car that is as valuable as this one would be hard to abuse. I'd like to put that in my Camaro for a little while and see what it would do.

I don't think this engine is in any car from what I gathered so far. But, I am curious if it is from one of the original '69 ZL1 cars - I believe that was inferred in previous thread or maybe I misunderstood....
