Default 66 Impala SS 427 Convert - Driving/ Track Impression July 1965

Bob D'Olivo took an enormous collection of photos of this pre-release 66 SS Impala convert. The L36 427-390hp was not the top engine option, but had an abundance amount of torque to accelerate the car in any situation required.


Love the details glommed from these back in the day test reports & Pics. Petersen publishing was on top of their game and very influential.
