Default Seat identification

Do any of you Buick guys recognize this seat cushion style? I believe it to be a 1970 Buick A-body bench seat but have been unsuccessful trying to locate a photo and/or 1970 style code number for it. I am pretty confident it is a Buick seat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow. Posted here, V8 Buick and multiple Facebook sites and not a single response as to what it is. I did not imagine it was going to be that difficult to find out what this was. Does anyone on here not even have a GM interior book that might help identify this seat cover? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
