The owners when they were corvettes but not valuable Corvettes are some of the best.
I asked the owner of my LT1 if he had any stories from the 70's? He said no and his wife laughed and said, tell him about the seedy side of town. ? / ? Oh I was a vice cop in downtown cinci 74- 75 and I used the LT1 in drug and prostitution stings...
Then I got more stories about his german sheppard riding shotgun etc.

I said what the hell.. no stories? ? ?

Great to hear you were able to document the history. I too find that the stories are often even more incredible than the cars themselves.
