Glenn, I didn't post the picture of the 4 door I anilelated! I still want the front end off of it! And Chris, I had to post it in here. It's in primer. LOL M, I think that you were nice enough to leave some parts for me! LOL I dug deep into some Nova's to look for the little tricks and trinkets. Even found some ashtray bumpers for Sammy! LOL Just remember, some parts interchange.

Hmmm..... Looks like a road trip is in order! I'll be up in that neck of the woods this Saturday - but won't be able to pull away from the family reunion..... Looks like a goodie, is it a '70 - how is the cowl & top of the firewall?

There were plenty to choose from. That cowl panel was in a one shape and the top of the firewall was a little ratty by the wiper motor if I remember correctly. Just stay away from the code 26 Rally Nova please. I want to see if he would sell it whole....LOL

A few weeks ago on craigslist I came across an ad that stated, "Parting out 1969 Chevelle." There was a single 3/4 front picture showing what looked like an SS rally wheel, but no mention of SS in the ad. I called, and sure enough it was a real SS car. Original Cortez Silver with a Parchment interior and factory 4-speed. The disc brakes (already sold) and two rallys were the only worthwhile parts left on the car. I ended up with the rallys. Not a salvageable panel on it, except for the floorpan. I guess the car had been rolled over a decade ago and had been sitting in the towing yard ever since. Sad end to what must have been a beautiful car when new.
