Team Camaro's new look
With the change to Team Camaro (camaros.net) new look it appears that it is not going very well. The number of post seems to have dropped off quite a bit. I myself don't care for the new look and navigation changes. What are your impressions on their new look? Dave (Fred Mertz)

Is it another forum Vertical Scope purchased and ruined? They have laid waste to automotive forums across the web.

I don’t like it, too many ads and other stuff getting in the way. But I’m not a paid member there, experience may be better for those that are.

I don't like it. I can't even find my PMs. They haven't changed Team Chevelle yet, but it's probably coming.

Dave, sorry you are are not feeling the new site (not that I or any of the other members could say anything to stop it).
Yes, change is difficult, but as a mod there I can appreciate the new security tools to keep out the spammers (they never stop trying!) Yes, things have moved around a bit and the paid users vs free have different experiences. But any challenges, please speak up and we will get someone looking at them. Some issues are tougher than others to fix, so we must be patient. Private messages are located inside your avatar upper right on the forum home page. Many functions were moved to drop down menus instead of links, so just a little more hunting is needed to find everything. And yes, Team Camaro forum is managed by Vertical Scope and Team Chevelles is on their list too.

Tried looking at racing junk lately ? Steves Nova Site also.... dead. Man I hope this Forum doesn't meet that fate.

Agreed, Racing Junk is much more of a pain to navigate than it used to be. Not a fan.

I go there less and less. I am a paid lifetime member.
Now when I click on "new" I not only get the new car related posts, but also get the "off topic" stuff, which is just silly; mostly ridiculous bickering between left and right. No centrist positions at all. I didn't even know that sub forum was there until a few weeks ago. It used to not even show unless you signed up to be on it.
