No big deal.

Let’s treat the domestic infrastructure funding like the global financial system manages other funding issues.

Print it and hand it out.

My BIL is VP at General Motors Defense. All wheeled military vehicles are going to go EV because of the battlefield advantages over gas or diesel.. Every military defense contractor on the planet is going EV including China.

General Motors Defense hired Hendrick Motorsports of Nascar fame to build the new vehicles.

My BIL cannot give out specifics but said the batteries they are developing now will charge in just a few minutes and be a quarter of the weight and size of current batteries and 1200-1500 range will be commonplace and anyone will be able to replace them in a few minutes without any tools. He said they cannot keep up with the battery advances.

China is patening a battery that loses no charge in sub zero weather

Toyota said their 2025 models will charge in 10 minutes and have a 650 mile range and by 2028 want a 6 minute charge and a 900 mile range.

Tesla is coming out with a 25k model next year.

The main reason car co's are going EV is the labor cost is a third and parts cost is half of a ICE car. Has nothing to do with saving the environment.

Honda said they will save billions a year in warranty claims alone. No more complicated fuel, ignition, cooling, trans to go out. EV Motors have one moving part.

A client owns a large Chrysler dealership. The field rep told him when EV's take over the will only need 25% of his current techs.

As Rush Limbuagh always said "Follow the money" All about minimizing expenses and maximizing profits

They are buying up all the land, guess who owns billions of acres of land?...THe Royal Family....GUess who owns the most farmland in the U.S. , its Bill Gates... They are using their monopoly printed fake money to buy up all the land. Own the land, control the food, rule the world.
There are 48 million private owned homes in the US.

What 3 trillion man Army is going to kick out all the people and push them into cities like cattle??

Every country in the world has programs with incentives for people to buy homes. World, wide private home ownership is at record levels even in China and private home ownership increases each year

Bill Gates does not even come close to owning the most farmland in America. He owns 270k acres. A guy out of texas owns 2.6 million acres. Total famland in almost 900 million acres.

My auto industry contacts think that we'll be at most 50% EV in 20 years.

Tax per mile is obviously aimed at EV's. They'd actually double dip on hybrids/gas/diesel vehicles, getting tax per gallon and tax per mile.

We were chatting about the banning of gas cars in this thread... however we can discuss in significant detail the plan to use climate alarmism to enslave the vast majority of the planet, well we can do that too.

It's very well documented. You can read UN Agenda 2030. In fact as far back as 1996 Mikhail Gorbachev stated the exact agenda driving climate alarmism:

“The threat of environmental crisis will be the international disaster key to unlock the New World Order.” He was underscoring the importance of advancing Marxist objectives by creating an emergency to convince people they must surrender freedom to be safe".

This idea has been parlayed over the decades into a global campaign to control vibrant economies.

Currently here in America, it is being served up as the "Green New Deal".

Seriously... we can have this discussion... it will be fun and entertaining.

By the way my contacts within GM say in unequivocal terms that GM is going to go Bankrupt for a second time... it's just a matter of time now.
