Thanks for the info guys. The set that is in there right now torqued to 35 ft. lbs. is a new set from HBC. I am also using a new set of banjo bolts, may need to take them out and compare them to the originals.
Barry...not sure what you mean by rubber hose on the wrong side. Can you help with more info?

What he may be talking about is the steel banjo fitting on the end of the hose. They have a slight angle to them and if the hose is installed on the wrong side, that angle will not let the banjo fitting bolt tighten to the caliper ... the fitting must be angled away from the caliper, not toward or against it. Hope this helps ...
