Here is my draft wiring diagram that will allow me to use the chrome lineloc button in traditional fashion for burnouts.

With the flip of a switch however, I can depress the clutch and hold the brake, the chrome button will only need to be pressed once, and will engage a latching relay that will hold the line loc and launch rpm limiter on the Omex clubman. When the clutch is released it will disengage both the line loc and launch rpm limit.

The omex clubman has 2 wires coming out of the box which connects to a normally open switch, when the circuit is closed it activated the 2 step. Other systems simply use a 12 volt feed. Anyway this is the reason for the 3rd relay.

Revised wiring diagram using a single 6 pin on off on switch. I am happy about this one because it "hides" any evidence of additional 2 step switches/buttons. I wrote this on on a small paper. The center relay has a jumper from the 85 to 87 just as the first draft but it may be difficult to see.

Hey glad my post helped but I just followed Jason's @SuperNovaSS tip. Looks like Johns tach needle may rest a tad above zero like mine.

Update: I sent the radio guy a spare radio as the Motorola I originally sent had a bad am tuner gear. I bought a spare radio for about 20 bucks and hoping between the 2 radios I can make one ready to go.

I want to get the radio situated before I do any mocking up of the lineloc/2 step relays behind the dash.

All gauge readings are now accurate! The super wide ratio trans is a game changer. I like the starting line ratio yet with the 3.31's I can still cruise to work on the freeway. My morning commute is a little over an hour and I'm enjoying every minute of it. I get the nods, waves, and honks throughout the drive. I'd like to think seeing my car is like a breath of fresh air for the other commuters, at least that's how I feel when I see a cool car on the road.
