Default Looking for info on "Green Meanie" camaro.

I recently read a small amount about a dual quad,(cross ram),smallblock Camaro, that was supposedly used and raced by Joel Rosen. I believe it may have been a dark green 1969,Z/28 possibly used for testing, then sold off at the end of the year. Might there be any info/pictures out there on this?

Thanks for any and all help on this.

There was an article on the "Green Meanie" in Cars Magazine back in the day

It was built as sort of a response of the Car and Driver magazine "Blue Maxi" 1969 Camaro SS Z/29 LT1 Penske raffle car

I remember that Cars magazine article; pretty cool stuff, hope you find it.

Make good sense Joe, thanks for connecting the dots between the Blue Maxi and the Green Meanie!

CARS cover has this engine on it. Small balancer for looks or do you think they wanted a light weight balancer?
