Question Hurst Shift Handle identification help

Hey fellas, I stumbled across this many years ago and just put it away in my parts pile and I noticed it again today while in my shop. Any idea what it could be for? I don’t see any numbers stamped into it.

Based on the bolt on handle and tapered down fine threads, I’m
thinking 65 Dodge Dart.
