Default 1970 AMX - American Motors Racing Team

I just finished this project and made these American Motors Racing Team plate frames for my car as I couldn't find anything out there. I have a few extras available, if interested please see my ad in classified section. Thanks.

Nice car.

My wife's high school SHOP teacher/mentor has one much like this. it's a '70 AMX and looks like the same green with "blackout" hood option. It's a really nice car WITH OPTIONS. 390 4sp, RAM AIR, A/C and I think PW, but the last one I'm not 100% sure of.

They had a falling out a couple years ago, but they were in touch since she left the school late 90's. He was even invited to our wedding in 2016. He kept say "now that your married to a car guy, I should will the AMX to you" since he has no family.

IF I could find another green AMX,ram air 4sp AC car, I think I would buy it for her.
