Default Re: Dealer emblem

That "A.D.Anderson" logo was also used (the exact same one) by A.D.Anderson Olds at Howard & 25th St. Baltimore, MD. Later, when A.D. sold to the Mortimers the logo was changed to
"by Anderson" dropping the "A.D.". this was in the '70s. My family (I am the third generation, I've been there 30 years) has been employed there for a loooooooooong time and currently I own Anderson Olds last race car-- a 1969 Olds W-31 that ran in F/S. You are indeed correct, Jerry's '67 Z28 originated from A.D.Anderson Chevrolet that was on Edmondon Ave. My father also worked at City Olds 4636 Edmondson Ave. which was also owned by A.D.Anderson. That was in 1965---during the year he switched back and forth from 25st. to Edmondson Ave. There was a fierce rivalry between the two and both dealerships campaigned '65 442s in B/S and BB/S. Bud Guitere drove for City, and Sonny Freeman drove for 25th. St. I remember it like it was yesterday!!!
