'71 Challenger R/T Convertible, Hemi 4-sp clone
Neat looking car, albeit a clone. I'm always a little skeptical, though, when I see a seller out of MA that's posting pics that were obviously NOT taken in MA...looks to be somewhere in California.

He’s probably got some ocean-front property in Arizona to sell as well?
Actually, that seems like a decent clone for the money, although I didn’t look at it in any detail. Checks a lot of boxes... 1971 Challenger convertible, 426 Hemi, shaker hood, pistol grip... I would drive a clone like that!

My concern would be, what corners did he cut on the quality of the build?

Fantasy car. Dodge never built one so it's a "what if' car rather than a clone. I like it.

Are the double lovers in front of the rear wheel wells correct?
Um, er, let’s go with louvers not lovers!

Agree - white hides a lot of sins. And the door alignment over the driver's rocker looks questionable. Not a lot of pictures in the ad either - seems a little sketchy to me. That being said, I would LOVE to own a car like this. Perhaps the most iconic musclecar ever built, and you can actually drive and enjoy it. |
