Default Marina Blue 1967 SS427 - original owner

This gorgeous SS427 4-speed is still owned by an elderly gentleman (does not say he’s the original owner). His son describes the car as still wearing a lot of it’s original paint, and has plenty of documentation. Supposedly the original motor, but was decked during a rebuild The $67,500 asking price is a little steep, especially compared to the triple black one that was sold by a member on this site a while ago.

----Wow! What an SS. Great colors, great provenance, and the best hood design ever. A good dent buster could get that semi large ding out of the left rear quarter, I'll bet...…Bill S

I just love, love LOVE those mag wheel covers with the redlines. Reminds me of the old HotWheels cars we had as kids.

Nice car, and sounds like good paperwork. No 4D on the trim tag, which I think is not a deal killer if I remember correct?

FWIW, mine has not sold and can be bought for 34k!

That is a Doraville (Atlanta) built car and that plant did not use the 4D designation on the cowl tag like some of the other plants.
