They may look like Dolphins but they are not. They are Pygmy Killer Whales

Moonbow
Also known as lunar rainbow, this phenomenon is caused by moonlight rather than sunlight.

Fogbow
Often called cloudbows, white rainbows or ghost rainbows, fogbows are formed when the sun is at a low angle and the light hits moisture in the fog.

Fire rainbow
These are usually spotted near thin clouds, called cirrus, during summer and spring in mid-latitude regions.
