Default Help ID partial VIN stamp

I'm trying to figure out what this Muncie M21 originally came out of. The partial VIN is 108116925 is and date stamped P0M13B (assuming Aug 13, 1970) Shouldn't the third character be the plant code? It's an "8"

This is a 660 case and also has the TCS switch.

Baltimore stamps often have an 8 instead of the B.

Thanks, so it could be from a 1970 Chevelle?

The metal tag is stamped 3968011WL. Looks like a W...

Yes, or an Elcamino or Monte Carlo.
In either case,they'd have to had been assembled in November of 1969 as Baltimore production VIN output was #112645 to #122126 during Nov.
