Default So what is it?

As you know from some of my other posts I am working on a 69 Camaro Van Nuys car. Meaning no x-code. Fathom Green Black standard gut 02A date on trim tag
From the group I have gotten some leads to determine if real or not as a 396 car.
Also HUGE thanks to many members on the Yenko site for proper parts for this car.
Has big block heater core (appears to be untouched by witness marks)
Has big block 4 speed cross member (also appears to be untouched by witness marks)
Has 12 bolt rear (I am still going to check codes to see which one)
Has 4 leaf spring pack
Manual trans pedal setup (I am too fat to check that for witness marks)
Has front disc brakes
Has dual exhaust mounts and hangers still hanging
Fuel tank was out of the car but included, it is a single line pick up, no return.
There were no fuel line or brake line clamps AT all in car (since secured original single line 5/16 fuel and power brake clamps with hardware all unrestored)
Manual steering
No tach (I have since secured original 375 hp tach)
No console (has the inserts but no bracket in front, or evidence of one. I have since secured a console and gauge cluster)
The front subframe has witness marks for the brake pressure hold off valve at rear of subframe. (valve missing, have since secured Jan date)
No motor mounts (since secured original 113, and 114 mounts)
No radiator (since secured Jan 69 radiator core with correct tanks for 375 hp and 4 speed)
Secured NOS fan shroud
No engine (since secured a 396 375 JH Feb block, crank, dimpled rods, 840 heads intake, 499 distributor, 4346 service carb(no date) nos exhaust manifolds.
No trans (since secured M21 case no vin at VERY far end of date window)
Front sheet metal is not original (secured NOS front sheetmetal)
Trunk lid not original (secured NOS lid with spoiler holes)
Secured NOS rear spoiler
Wheels are up in the air no original wheels with car (may got TTO and Polyglas)
So the big question, as recognized experts of the high performance Camaros what is the consenses on what it is:
Big block missing original engine and trans
Big block clone (I hate the term clone)
Big block replica
I am including the vin and data plate so there will never be any confusion on this car being what I say it may or may not be.

Thanks folks!
