That was the heyday of drag racing...
I was an apprentice for an engine builder from 1990-1992 3 days a week - the owner and machinist previously built engines for the FORD teams - his name is on the quarter panel of Gas's Poppy Red Altered wheelbase Cammer Mustang. He had more Cammer and Hemi parts than you could ever want and more stories than one could imagine.

I wish I would have listened more back then.
