1970 Cyclone Spoiler SCJ
I couldn't post this in the 'ads seen' section, but I wanted to share something i found on Hemmings. '70 Cyclone Spoiler with the drag pack in competition blue with a white vinyl top. It's a combo I've never seen, but I like it. I'm a sucker for Mercurys anyway.

Looks nice. Isn't that red light under the dash for a line lock? I didn't see the rest of it anywhere.

The 429/460 engines looks so much bigger when they are in a small engine compartment.

Neither did we ....but seriously, I get why you got this car. Lot of car for the money with an awesome drivetrain. Those Merc front ends just look like freight train wrt to girth. Congrats Charley - Enjoy.
P.S. we will al be anxiously waiting for your traditional driveway burnout!!

Charley,
If you want to get rid if those dingy aluminum valve covers, I'd be happy to take them off your hands to put them on Grampa's Hot Rod Lincoln. ;-) |
