That man is a true artist; simply amazing; once you have annealed the metal does it ever return to it's original hardness?

I remember watching Jesse James anneal metal before forming his gas tanks but don't recall seeing him burn off the soot.

Fantastic repair work,wonder what the inside of the fender looks like.Probably riddled with witness marks.
