Default SHIFTER

HI can any one tell me what this is for has 3138 on the shifter body and 8 7b4 thier is no number on the handle thanks

The 3138 just means it was a oem unit but the handle has to come out so we can see the holes to determine if the handle is OEM also or a over the counter replacement.It is not dodge but that is all I know for sure with what I have seen so far. Double check at the bottom when it is out for a small 4 digit number.They are hard to see on some.
