Default Double post message

This has been on and off for a couple months, but today is constant. When I click the "submit thread" button, it takes a long time to go thru and often times out. When i stop the post and restart, I get the message that it is a duplicate of a post I just posted and the post appears in the thread although it never came up automatically when I first hit the button.

I am getting this as well. I wonder if this is a common issue. This is the error that I end up getting when the site times out.

BTW, it just started happening a few weeks ago? Steve...any thoughts? Is Harsh working in the background?

Yep, that's it, Bruce. I usually wait about 12 seconds and then click the X in the upper left corner to stop the attempt and then click submit again and it gives me the double post message and takes me to the page with my post on it.

I've been experiencing the same thing. I was wondering if it was just me. I'm relieved to see it's not!

Me also, been doing it for several days now. I find it is also posted if I open another window, or just back out like mentioned, no big deal ?

Me too over the last week or few but page usually does eventually finish without timing out.
Same as m22mke, open another window or refresh page w/ another device and it's already there posted but page/device you're posting from still loading/spinning/uncompleted?

Not critical, as long as it does post, just something to keep an eye on.
