Default Restored Hood Striker

Just finished this one and should have another one in a day or so. Also has a stamping of 42. Not sure if it’s a date code or something else at this point. No clue the value so let’s try $100 shipped to lower 48.

Btw this is for a 1st gen Camaro and probably other apps..

Second is finished. This one had the nut broken loose and had a couple cracks from it. Welded it up and up for sale. I realize this might not be for everyone but this is still a good piece. $100 shipped lower 48. No stamping on this one. Also this one does come with a jam nut I just left it off as I still need to phosphate it.

The spring retainer is NOS GM as is the factory painted spring. The hood plate and the locking pin are off a '69 flat hood that was extremely clean. All I did with those parts is give them the Evapo-Rust treatment. The hardware I used was the same head markings that were on the Z/28s original hood. The original hood plate setup I left on the Z/28s flat hood.

1 sold. This is the only one I have left. $75 shipped (lower 48) as it does not have the lock nut.
