Default Wing Window Seal??

Can anyone with some experience installing wing window (a-pillar windows on a 66-67 Chevelle) help me out?

What is used to seal the wing window assembly to the door? I ordered a complete seal kit, thinking it would be in there, but nope...

Help please. Is it just body caulk?

Blair

Thanks Ken. I thought I understood the thing, until I really started to play with it.
