Default Car Show Display Turntable

MCACN is right around the corner!

Out of my display collection is the famous Webber BOWTIE Turntable which won the 1995 ISCA national championship with the 1966 Chevelle aboard.

This Turntable is currently set up for 115 inch wheelbase vehicles but can be easily changed a to virtually any wheelbase you want with an addition of a simple extension plate modification from your local welding shop.

This is a high 80% free floating display turntable with several ways to display your car:

Turntable alone with vehicle.

Turntable with mirror deck and vehicle.

Vehicle off angle on the turntable to present the underside.

Car level on turntable with wheels off on one side to present suspension and brakes.

Technicals:

This Turntable is Heavy duty in every way.

Drive Motor Dayton 2M509A DC Motor 1/3HP 1725 RPM (Just rebuilt and serviced)
Gear Reduction Drive Dodge Tigear 56/175/30. (NEW-Replaced with NOS unit)
Penta Power Multi Speed DC motor drive control. Provides precise rotation speed control (Serviced and inspected)

Heavy duty #40 chain and sprocket drive

Main bearing 10 ton Timkin industrial bearing.

36 inch rotation base comes with its own caster equipped transfer cart

Separate Electrical umbilical that rotates with the car. With this you can add lights to your car's interior while on board.

Plate counterweight system so you can adjust the heavy nose of the vehicle to complete level. Side to side also adjusts the same way. 6 cylinder, Small block and big block all level out perfectly with this turntable.

Wheel and tire mounts on the outriggers if you are displaying suspension, and the wheels and tires rotate with the car.

Complete Heavy duty mirror bed all custom cut. (a couple of the mirrors have corner chips not too noticeable but the mirrors can be replaced if you want at a glass store of your choice)

I rattle canned color coding of the structural assembly to ease assembly of the components. Once you get used to putting it together you can black it out again if you want.

Portable- Breaks down for transport in your trailer with your car.

Can be installed in your garage for the ultimate introduction to your collection. On and off master toggle switch for wall already wired.

Operation Video available. PM me with your phone number or Email and I will send you a short clip of the turntable in operation.

Local Pick up only. Ohio. Due to the length of the 2 main support beams (20 feet) you will likely need a trailer.

Display manufacturer quoted me $17-20K to build new.

Offering to SYC members $7900.00 PM me if interested. Thanks SYC!
