Stolen Property is just that right??
The only thing I can think of is that one party claims it IS the stolen car and the other party says no it is NOT. Otherwise this is pretty cut and dried right??

Was Roy paid by the insurance company when it was stolen in 2001? If so, then it belongs to
the insurance company...right? Mess it is for sure...only 16 made and worth a few penny's today. What was it worth in 2001 and what kind of condition was it in then? Lots of questions I think to consider. Dave 67 Nova Boy |

The article says the guy in Switzerland is the one that stole it, forged documents to get it to Europe and is being indicted for it. I don't see how anyone can say it's not a stolen car and that it shouldn't be returned to the family it was stolen from or an insurance company if they paid out. The original theft victim has since passed by what he article says. I'd reason to bet there's more to the story regarding the original thief if that's what he is.
